That Is So Sweet of You...

It was raining that day. Cold... I made my way into the air-conditioned classroom. Feeling colder, I shrinked the two frames of my shoulder to keep me warm. My eyes darted around the room searching for a familiar figure. Yes, it was her that I was looking for. I wondered how she is surviving the cold.

Yonder, I saw her in bright red. One arm on the other, sitting close to the wall. She has sensitive smooth skin, as light as cream. I watched her laughing jovially with her friends. Once, my eyes could not look away, glued to her pose and she caught me stealing a glimpse of her. In return, she gave me a pleasing smile.

I was contented with her reaction and smiled away, fancying myself sitting side by side with her. "Never mind now, one day I will sit with her and then I'll be the happiest person in the world. At least that's what I'd like to think," I told myself. Soon, the class commenced and I busied myself with work. From time to time, I took stealthy glances at her.

I noticed that her cheeks looked so pale and bloodless. It must be because of the chilly air. How I wished that I could rub my hands against hers to warm her up. "Sigh... What to do? I could just wish and let time to take its course. But its not so bad isn't it? Imagination is as evident as reality to me," I thought as I beckoned to my heart.

Shortly, class ended and the crowd of students dispersed. I waited for her when I came to the stairs, hoping to have a few words. She stayed back for a few minutes to ask some questions from our teacher and I waited still, my back leaning lazily against the wall and my thoughts lingered without a proper direction.

Before long, I heard her footsteps down the stairs. She saw me and stopped by my side, smiling sheepishly.

"You were waiting for me?"

"Yup!"

"Anything to say?"

"Nothing to say, just something to share..."

"Hmm... What is it?"

"Make a wild guess!"

"Come on... You know how lazy I am to think... Tell me! Tell me! I'm eager to know. What is it?"

At that instant, I reached out to her right hand and held it in both of mine, gently. Her tender hand was icy cold that I could feel the frost. I kept it for a few seconds in my grasp. As I let her hand slip, I said :

"Warmth, love and a place in my heart..."

"That is so sweet of you... I have no words to say..."

"I know you were cold. I can tell it from your face. You look weather-beaten and white. Just
wanted to add some colour in it. Care to give me a smile?"

"I'll give you a thousand if I can. Thank you... You really touched me..."

"I should thank you for that lovely smile of yours. It makes my day. Anyway, we should go.
Goodbye."

"Goodnight."

Education Inspector

Hehe... Another belated post!! Sigh... I'm procrastinating even in blogging. LOL. Well, never mind that. Here's a question, if you are a lecturer and you were told that an education inspector is going to come, what would you do?

Let me tell you what my English Lecturer did, Mr Dave Borden.

He actually discussed with us where to place the inspector when she comes and he found a perfect place! Lol. He said the best place for her was beside the rubbish bin. And yeah, he really did set the table there. RESERVED.

IELTS Test

This was on Saturday, 7th March 2009.

A Saturday and I have to get up early. Sickening.

The whole exam process was so so rigid that I couldn't stop hating it. I had my apartment key in my pocket and the invigilator said :

"Do you have anything in the pocket?" (while feeling my jeans pocket... She molesting me!!)

"No, nothing in particular for me to cheat in the exam."

"You have a key in your pocket. I'm sorry you can't bring them in."

"Keys too?" (sigh... never mind...)

We were in the hall 45 mins early... We were told to be there that early. So boring!! More more! All the students placed their pens and pencils on top of the table and on of the invigilator kept saying something that sounded like something else to me.

She said, "Pens down on the floor."

Again, "Pens on the floor."

And again "Pens DOWN."

And all the time I heard PANTS and not pens.

Friday the 13th

Anyone said bad luck? I had always wondered why people keep saying that its bad luck on Friday 13th. Guess I would just have to find out! And yeah I did.

The whole day I was blabbering to my friends about the significance of the date. We opened registration for a new club that we formed. And guess what? They HAD to make a Friday 13th poster for some gooey attractive purpose. It was of black and red. Sorry I don't have a pic of it, it did look cool. Will get it tomorrow. LOL.

And then I had a debate today and it went well. (no effect of bad luck of any sort)

I went to Times Square with a friend to meet another friend. And... This is when it happened. My very slim hand phone slid off my pocket and I lost it. On the way back.

Very fortunate huh? Lost all my contacts. Lost my credit. Lost some valuable messages. No, priceless. Lost the only evidence I had to send a "BEST" friend of mine to jail. (I'm no traitor, note the double quotation). And now I'm a hand phoneless guy. Lol.

Yeah. That's the phone. Well, one lucky thing was... I did not change the screen after I broke it some time ago. If not it would have been a waste.
For that one reason, I guess I could afford a smile.


Hehehe.

Debate!!

Woohooo!! In for a debate tomorrow!! Hope I could get a kick out of it. MUST put the best of all. LOL.

See? I'm already getting all excited! Passion passion!! Haha!! I would never disappoint those who gave their heart to me. I've got a weird team!! Me an Indian, a Korean girl and a Malay guy. Very mixed up team! Unique eh?

We are in for it! And yeah, losing is never an option!!

Hmm... Actually im making too much fuss over a mock debate. The worst is coming next week! LOL! KDU competition!!

Secret Admirer!!

OK. Here's a real breakthrough! I have a secret admirer!! LOL. That's what I'd like to believe anyway.

Yeah! Just an hour ago I received a message in my hand phone from some unknown number.

"Hi Darling..."

I was like huh? A message with Darling? I thought that was ages ago...

I replied quite late as I was not aware that I had a message.

"Yes honey?"

But... Till now no reply... Sob...

Mourning...


I have a hunch that its that fucked up guy trying to play tricks with me again. Well I do have hundreds of free sms left so.... Well lets just entertain and get entertained for a little longer... LOL (evil laughter)

A Thought Of Murder

Murder. To kill or not to kill?

Oh yeah baby. I'm sooo hooked up on this. I found myself an enemy!! Haha! Actually he found me. I call him the Crackbrained Cracker. The case is that he goes around stealing identities. He colonialised my Friendster and I had to abandon it permanently. I lost a blog, a WHOLE blog because of that ass sniffer. Devil.

I have a brain of a detective. I found out who he is and that does it. He's gonna die. You think you can get out of this without a mess? Think again. You've invited trouble and a BIG one too. I'll make sure you get skinned alive. LOL. You really got the wrong person to mess with big guy. I might be small but my little brain spins twice as fast compared to yours.

You dug your own grave. I'm waiting for the right time to take you down. Just don't think that I'm not gonna do anything about it. I have enough proof dickhead. We'll celebrate your departure to hell later on. Haha. Good luck with your remaining lifetime. Enjoy while you can.

Short Term Memory Loss

Gosh! I guess I'm really going mad! Its been happening for some time...

FIRST ENCOUNTER

I was in the elevator going down the floor of my apartment. Heading straight out of the building, I met two of my friends.

"Where you guys went la?"

"Just got back from Sunway. Where are you heading?"

"Well... (I paused) I'm not sure where I'm going la..."

"Huh? You serious?"

"Weh! I really forgot why I came down!! (I swear I couldn't remember) Wait... I remember I
wanted to do something important though... Sigh..."

"Thilages, are you for real?" (laughing away)

"Yalah yalah... Somehow It will get to my brain as I walk."

"OMG!! (hearty laughter) Wish you luck!!" (with a nasty smile on the face)

(Slapped forehead)

"My luck..."

Don't ask me what happened after that. It was a Friday 13 to me.

I walked to Mydin. I was pretty sure I was about to head there before. (actually I wasn't sure at all and I hoped that I was)

Feeling thirsty, I grabbed a bottle of coke. Took some titbits and brought it up to the counter.
(still wondering whether it was this that I wanted to do)

When I opened my wallet to pay the bills, I was in for a shock. Damn. Now I know why I came out in the first place... I'M BROKE! And I was after the CIMB bank which is in Summit.

"It's RM 15.10. Do you have ten cents?"

(dead... How am I gonna get out of this mess??)

"Err... " (giving a puzzled look and pretending to search for a penny in the pocket)

"Its ok if you don't have ten cents."

"Well, that's not the case. The problem is... I don't have anything in my wallet... See?" (showed her my empty wallet)

"You have treats point card. You can use that."

"Oh yeah!! I forgot! Thanks!" (phew... saved...)
